T.J.

Founder, Owner, Painter, Modeler, Hobbyist

As the company name alludes T.J. is the primary, and as of now sole member, worker, painter, etc., of the TayJay Paints team. Born in Philadelphia but now based out of Northeastern PA, T.J. has always loved painting and hobbying for a variety of games including, but not limited to, Warhammer 40k, Warhammer Fantasy, Age of Sigmar, Dungeons and Dragons, Warmachine and various board games. It is a long held passion and hobby that has fortunately been turned into a career with aspirations to grow.

Dedicated to his craft, TJ has been painting and hobbying since he was 11, which amounts to 20+ personal years of experience (you will get no further hints as to age haha)! With the miniature wargame tournament scenes growing by the year the timing felt right to finally strike out and utilize his talents for those with a need!

Always excited to start a new project TJ has made it a priority to turn out well painted miniatures at speed and likes to be in contact with his customers to ensure he can give them as close to their vision as possible. Progress pics are also frequently posted on his socials as well!

Fun Fact: The TayJay in the company name actually comes from an in-joke made by several of his Warhammer 40k friends way back meant to tease him by mispronouncing his name, seemed like a perfect name for a business!
